This professional multi-sensor thermometer is ideal for ensuring hygiene in the food industry in accordance with HACCP guidelines and temperature specifications. The application area includes production, food and drink serving, sample measurement and goods receipt. Surface temperatures can be measured contactlessly using an infrared sensor. The test area can be clearly targeted with the laser. The depth measurement is carried out by the fold-out penetration thermometer with a small penetration diameter and a sample depth of up to 80 mm. A dual LC display including color alarm is used for quick and reliable control, comparability and danger point localization. The large temperature range from -60°C to 350°C includes the most important temperature points in the cooling and processing of food.
