Beton CONDTROL is a reliable and user-friendly mechanical sclerometer for assessing the strength properties of concrete. It allows you to quickly and accurately check the strength of screeds, floors, concrete products and reinforced concrete structures. Working with Beton Controll does not require any special training. Using a sclerometer, you can check the concrete quality yourself. Using Beton CONDTROL, you can determine the degree of compliance with the actual indicators of brand and structural strength of concrete, check the uniformity of concrete structures and products, and identify defects during concreting. If necessary, you can significantly expand the scope of the device by supplementing the existing basic calibration curves for concrete in laboratory conditions with calibration curves for other materials (mortar, brick, rubble). A distinctive feature of Beton Condtrol is the presence of calibration tables on the body of the device, taking into account the direction of impact. The device can be used not only for measurements in a horizontal position, but also at an angle. With the help of calibration tables, you can quickly recalculate the results obtained, taking into account the direction of impact. The Beton CONDTROL mechanical sclerometer has high wear resistance. The hardness of the working surfaces of the indenter and the impactor is at least 57-60 HRC.
