The Hydro-Tec moisture meter is suitable for rapid measurement of the moisture content of wood and building materials (concrete, mortar, plaster, brick). The operating principle of the Hydro is based on the relationship between the dielectric constant of the material and the moisture content at plus temperatures. With this principle, it is possible to accurately measure the moisture content of wood within 0.1% to 65% at a depth of 2 cm. The compact Hydro moisture meter has documentation of 9 groups (including 23 wood species such as spruce, willow, cedar, poplar, beech, alder, pine, lime, birch, walnut, larch, cherry, elm, teak, oak, pear, ash, yew, rosehip, rosewood, merbau). The device offers you a good solution if you need a reliable moisture meter for wood and building materials. It is frequently used by woodworkers, furniture makers, carpenters and quality inspectors.
