CONDTROL IR-CAM 3 - a universal device with a resolution of infrared images 256x192 px is suitable for simple tasks in the field of thermal image analysis on surfaces with temperatures from -20 °C to 550 °C. Innovative technical decisions made during its creation allow optimizing the price of the device. The device makes it possible to search for heat loss; to examine electrical appliances and cable lines for overheating; to estimate the thermal insulation of building structures. The color palette has been extended for better visualization of images. Additional colors allow to determine the temperature difference more precisely. The color palette of CONDTROL IR-CAM 3 consists of 7 colors: white hot, black hot, iron, lava, rainbow, rainbow (high contrast), black-red. LC display (320x240) enables the recording of sharp and detailed images. CONDTROL IR-CAM 3 - is a light, reliable, accurate and convenient device to use. Improved thermal imaging camera significantly reduces the time of temperature monitoring. With its help, you can perform tasks that used to take several hours in the past in just a few minutes. The use of CONDTROL IR-CAM 3 during operation enables quick inspection of "hot" spots of the equipment. Timely detection and error correction prevents disruptions in the production chain and downtime. High temperature alarm setting allows to quickly detect overheating of construction components and temperature deviation of surfaces of hard-to-reach objects (electrical boxes, air conditioners, boilers, etc.). The CONDTROL IR-CAM 3 thermal imaging camera measures the radiation intensity and uses it to calculate the temperature of the object. Objects with different surfaces emit different amounts of thermal energy at the same temperature. The majority of objects and materials, e.g. painted metals, wood, water, leather, fabric have high emissivity and emit more energy than shiny surfaces and non-painted metals. Adjustable emissivity makes it possible to take these special features into account and minimize measurement errors. The measurement data can be transferred to a PC or laptop using a USB Type-C cable, which is supplied. Import function enables detailed analysis of images, report and protocol writing in word processing programs. The thermal images obtained during the measurement process are stored on the SD card supplied with the camera. The CONDTROL IR-CAM 3 thermal imaging camera can record up to 160 thousand images. If necessary, the saved files can be deleted. 2 bright diodes are provided for comfortable work with dark objects. LED illumination enables the capture of high-contrast and sharp images in infrared and visible image mode.
