Conditions of participation in the Wheel of Fortune competition

The competition is organized and carried out by Messtechnik Derr, Seelenberger Str. 19, 60489 Frankfurt am Main.

The following conditions of participation apply:

We are giving away the following prizes to all participants, which you can win by participating in the Wheel of Fortune:

• • 5% discount or a folding ruler on everything with a minimum purchase value of €100.
  • €10 voucher or a gift grill fork on everything with a minimum purchase value of €101 to €299.
  • €20 voucher or a gift backpack on everything with a minimum purchase value of €300 to €499.
  • €30 voucher or the hand watches on everything with a minimum purchase value of over €500.

The vouchers and discounts to be won are valid until December 31, 2024. The discount code is not transferable and cannot be combined with other discount promotions. Refunds for purchases already made are not possible.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash.

The participation period is from August 9, 2024, 0:00 a.m. to December 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m. (CET)

To take part in the raffles, the participant must meet the following requirements:

The participant must enter their data for the wheel of fortune in the competition form at https://www.messtechnik-derr.de/condtrol and confirm their participation in the wheel of fortune by clicking on the “Continue” button.

Anyone who is a consumer in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), is over 18 years old and has a residence in Germany may take part in the prize draw.

It is also possible for residents of other countries of the European Union to participate in the drawing, provided that this does not contradict the legislation of the country of residence of such a participant.

Employees of Messtechnik Derr and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation through competition or registration services is also excluded.

In case of breach of these conditions of participation, Messtechnik Derr reserves the right to exclude persons from participation. Messtechnik Derr also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Messtechnik Derr makes use of this option in particular if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

German law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.

Data protection information

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used by Messtechnik Derr exclusively to carry out the competition and to notify the participant of their win and to send the prize. This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message (e.g. to info@messtechnik-derr.de) without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Your data will then be deleted.

We store your personal data as long as this is necessary to decide on the competition. Your data will then be deleted after three months at the latest, unless you have consented to further processing and use and/or we have no legitimate interest in storing it.
